The hudhud project (مزرعة هدهد) is a sustainable, chemical-free farm established in 2022 on a 25,000+ m² land in Jdeidet el Chouf, in the heart of Chouf, founded by a family-driven team rooted in local heritage. Inspired by permaculture and agroecology, the farm produces high-quality natural vegetables, fruits, and mooneh while promoting circular agriculture, food security, and a transparent relationship between producer and consumer.
Beyond farming, HudHud Farm offers agrotourism, farm-to-table experiences, and a community-supported agriculture model, alongside a roadside point of sale that connects neighbors, customers, and like-minded producers. Through education, shared experiences, and storytelling, the farm aims to build a resilient local food system and a strong community around healthy, trustworthy food production.
